At TismZ, all products are custom printed on demand through Printify. This means each item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with your order.
✅ We Will Replace or Refund If:

The product arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect

The wrong item or wrong size is delivered

The order is lost in transit or never arrives

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the issue

A brief description of the problem

Ordering the wrong size (please check size charts carefully)

Change of mind after purchase

Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Minor colour variations due to monitor settings or print processes

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returned merchandise. Please do not mail any items back unless specifically instructed.
